Information
The Finnish Super League operates on a double round-robin system. In a single match, the winner receives 3 points, the loser receives 0 points, and a draw earns each team 1 point. Teams are ranked based on their total points; in case of a tie in points, goal difference determines the ranking. If goal difference still fails to separate teams, the total number of goals scored is used as the deciding factor. The top six teams will compete in the championship playoff, while the bottom six teams will take part in the relegation playoff.     Championship Playoff: The top six teams in the league advance to the championship playoff. The second-place team in the championship playoff qualifies for the first-round qualifying stage of next season’s UEFA Champions League; the second and third-place teams in the championship group will compete in the Europa Conference League qualifying rounds, while the Finnish Cup champion will participate in the second round of the Europa Conference League qualifying tournament. If that team has already secured a spot in European competitions through the league standings, the corresponding berth will be adjusted according to league position.     Relegation Playoff: The bottom six teams in the league compete in the relegation playoff; the second-to-last team faces the relegation playoff, while the last-place team is directly relegated.     The points for both the championship playoff and the relegation playoff are calculated by adding the regular-season points to the playoff points.
